These terms govern use of kyntrivo.com and, where referenced by a proposal or contract, the general framework for Kyntrivo Technologies services. Project-specific scope, pricing and acceptance criteria are defined in the applicable proposal or agreement.
Services and proposals
Services are provided according to written proposals, statements of work or contracts. Estimates may change if scope, assumptions, integrations or requirements change.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate requirements, timely feedback, lawful content, necessary access and permissions, and must not request systems intended to violate third-party rights or applicable law.
Fees and payment
Prices shown on the website are starting estimates unless explicitly stated otherwise. Contractual fees, payment milestones, taxes and expenses are specified in the relevant proposal or agreement.
Intellectual property
Ownership and licensing of deliverables, pre-existing components, open-source software and third-party materials are determined by the applicable project agreement.
Availability and warranties
We use professional care and industry-standard engineering practices. Unless explicitly agreed in writing, the public website and pre-contract information are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a specific purpose.
Liability
Liability is governed by the applicable contract and mandatory law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
