An estimate is enough: prototype, 10 pieces, 100 per month or another expected volume.

The automatic email includes the enquiry reference and a summary of the information you submitted.
We review the project
We look at the application, expected volume, available documentation and whether the project fits our direction.
We ask only for what is missing
If drawings, BOMs or additional details are needed, we come back with specific questions.
We agree the next step
Depending on the project, that may be a discussion, an initial review, a prototype or preparation of a quotation.

01Do I need a technical drawing?+
No. A drawing helps, but we can also start from a sample, photos, a BOM or a clear description of the application.
02Can I send files through the form?+
Not directly in this version. After submitting, you receive an automatic email. Reply to it and attach the technical files.
03Will I receive confirmation that my message arrived?+
Yes. If the email address is valid and the mail service is working correctly, you automatically receive a confirmation with your enquiry reference.
04Do you accept very small projects?+
Yes, where the project makes sense for our direction. Prototypes and first small batches can be a good way to begin a recurring relationship.
05Can I write in German or Romanian?+
Yes. The website and initial communication can be in English, German or Romanian.
06Where does the form go?+
The internal notification goes to the Kyntrivo address configured for commercial enquiries, while the customer receives a separate automatic confirmation.
