1. “Essential” category
Essential elements are needed for functions expressly requested by the user or for basic website security. We therefore do not provide a disable switch for them in the preference centre.
If you block all cookies in your browser, individual functions may become unavailable or unstable, including language retention and session-based processes.
2. “Analytics” category
In the website version described here, no non-essential analytics tool is implemented that loads automatically. The toggle exists as technical preparation so a future service can be enabled only after the appropriate choice. If this changes, we will identify the provider, purpose, duration and data processed here.
3. “Marketing” category
No active third-party advertising platform is currently described as loading through the Marketing category. If marketing technologies are introduced later, they must not be activated before consent where consent is required, and this page will be updated with concrete information.
4. How your choice works
When you select “Accept all”, “Essential only” or save a custom selection, the website stores the accepted categories locally. In the current implementation, the choice is stored in the browser and evaluated by JavaScript.
You can reopen the panel at any time using the button in the bottom-right corner or from this page. Changes apply for the future. Deleting cookies/localStorage may remove the choice and cause the site to ask again.
5. Legal basis for device access
For storing information on or accessing information from a user’s device, we take Section 25 TDDDG into account. Non-essential technologies generally require informed consent, while statutory exceptions may apply to functions strictly necessary for a digital service expressly requested by the user. Where the information is personal data, the GDPR and an appropriate legal basis apply in addition.
7. Your browser settings
Most browsers allow you to view, delete or block cookies and local storage. If you delete site data for kyntrivo.com, theme, language, consent and the local newsletter popup status may return to their defaults. Exact controls differ between Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge and other browsers.
8. Resetting Kyntrivo preferences
The simplest method is to open the cookie panel and save a new selection. For a full device-level reset, delete kyntrivo.com site data in your browser settings. After doing so, the initial consent dialogue may appear again.

If the language versions differ in interpretation, the German version is the reference version for legal information concerning the provider established in Germany.
